Her name is Kim Plummer, she is the founder of Anxy Minds Coaching.
As a woman of faith who dealt with years of crippling anxiety, Kim is on a mission to answer the questions thousand of other women are asking today on the topic of anxiety and depression. Kim is also a health professional who believes in the importance of building mind, body, and soul through healthy daily habits that promote well-being.
